What information does the Application obtain and how is it
used?
The Application does not provide an option to create an account
therefore, we do not store or have access to your entries and data. Your data are stored only
locally on your device and all calculations are done on your device as
well.
Photos
You can optionally attach photos to your entry.
Your photos are stored locally on your phone in our app's storage and can be simply erased
by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
Voice recordings
You can optionally create a voice recording for your entry. Your
voice recordings are stored locally on your phone in our app's storage and can be simply
erased by clearing the app's data or uninstalling
it.
Poll

Processing of “Poll” functionality data:
User response data is stored in our Firebase database in an anonymized form. We do not have access to user’s personal information and we are unable to determine who provided a particular response. -
Purpose of processing “Poll” functionality responses:
The questionnaire and its responses are anonymized and cannot be attributed to any specific user. Responses are collected and processed solely as an entertaining feature of the “Poll” functionality, enabling Tibio users to anonymously share their opinions with other Tibio app users. Tibio users (with the poll functionality enabled and who have also answered the poll) can view the opinions of other users who have voted. All these users can see the responses of other users in anonymous form and only expressed in “%”. -
Duration of display of anonymized responses:
Anonymized user responses are displayed only until midnight Central European Time, if the device is connected to the internet. If not, the last current downloaded data will be displayed. If the device connects to the internet after the mentioned period, the Tibio app will automatically synchronize with our Firebase database and download a new question and responses. The old question and answers are automatically replaced with the new ones (if a new question exists). -
User consent:
Users have the option not to answer the questionnaire (it is not mandatory) and have the option to hide this feature in the app settings.
Android & iOS
We use the following third-party services for our Android & iOS app:
Google Analytics for Firebase (Google Inc.)
- This service helps us to collect and analyze usage data in order to understand usage patterns and to improve our Android & iOS app.
- No personal data are collected.
- Data collected: various usage data, Firebase installation IDs, Analytics App Instance IDs, session durations, device models, operating systems, geography, first launches, app opens, app updates.
- Data retention: 60 days.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time. Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page. You should check this page from time to time and take note of any changes.
